Families should know

The family rooms are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children and are situated in the new wing of the hotel. At the time of booking it is advised to request those that face the inner courtyard (and not the city)
The hotel does not have a pool
Some of the common areas and the hallway do not have air-conditioning
If you want a sea view from your room, there are a few double rooms offering this in the main building. The downside is that they are not as spacious as the family rooms
There is free parking for hotel guests. However, make sure you inform the hotel at the time of booking as parking spaces are limited
